What’s your favourite salad?

We have been discussing salad specials this week, it’s interesting to hear what different people enjoy. It’s no secret that I am always eating a Cafe Retro goats cheese salad for lunch, I just love that homemade tomato chutney… and the sweet basil dressing… sigh… Roman is wanting to create something with crunchy fresh mixed bean sprouts, there’s talk of grilled Haloumi with roasted peppers & onion chutney, we are also loving fruity salads with fresh Mango and zingy Asian flavours. Well that’s got my mouth watering, is it lunch time yet?
